The Soft Skill Development Workshop – Summer School 2025 continues to empower and inspire — and today’s session was nothing short of transformative! We had the privilege of learning from Ms. Keerthi Peratla, Entrepreneurial Skill Trainer & Founder of TheSecreti.in, who delivered a high-impact session on Confidence Building & Leadership that truly struck a chord with us all.

🗣️ My personal experience:
As a student of Life Sciences aspiring to pursue Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, I’ve always placed strong emphasis on technical knowledge. But this session made me realize that soft skills like confidence and leadership are equally essential — not just for interviews or presentations, but for navigating life itself.
Before this, I often hesitated to speak up in group settings, doubting whether my ideas were “good enough.” But Ms. Keerthi’s session reminded me that confidence is built by showing up, speaking up, and learning — even from our fears.
