It is highly possible to get trapped in pride and ego when you are poured with progressive comments by the trainees, after a series of 15 Sessions on "Effective Communication Skills Through Enabling Inner Ability".
But, I hold on and observe, how genuine the feedback is. I understand I am the doer and not the ultimate. So, I surrender to that Power who made improvements in my life as a trainer and in all my trainees lives.
As planned for the outcomes before the session, I understand, I ultimately derived the outcomes. The inaugural session trainees are not the same as the thanksgiving and feedback session trainees. They are now observant, conscious and evolved from too emotional beings to balanced emotional beings. They shew away fear and clarity of thought and confidence kicked in, when they are speaking. They got to know the difference between low confidence, over confidence and confidence through knowledge and clarity. Their thought-process and approach towards Universe is changed to a positive mind-set, from a positive attitude.
I take this privilege of sharing with you all, some of their expressions and what it means to them in their world. By the end of the session, they learnt

3. Fearlessness while presenting themselves in a crowd
4. Becoming better in performing in interviews
5. Being a visionary by understanding the road one step ahead
6. Curious to learn more about oneself
7. Learning the importance of practice
8. Self- interrogation to stay motivated
Everyone who spoke on the day, had experienced, practiced and observed and obtained courage to shew away fear and stand for themselves. And this is exactly my sessions based on the culmination of Neuroscience and Bhagavad Gita, aim for. Living a life of practicing leadership qualities from a very young age.
