Sessions to balance the emotional quotient - Learnings from Ramayana and Mahabharata

Cognitive quotient is developed through hands-on activities and games in early childhood. Intelligent quotient is developed through practicing number games and reasoning skills. It is during these times, one has to also concentrate on development of emotional quotient.

thesecreti.inis a pioneer in aiming to improve the emotional intelligence through application of our epics, vedas and upanishads. Structured sessions with action plan helps the seekers and the good to become wise and fill one's life with duty devoid of all disturbances.

We thank Dr. Annapurna S. , an author, Sanskrit scholar and international conferences speaker for mentoring the young minds.

Thesecreti.in thanks all the parents too for encouraging their kids to attend this event.
The event for kids of age group 7 to 11 had impacted the young minds to become emotionally strong through stories of Ramayana, Mahabhaaratha and Panchatantra, and behavioural understanding of the main characters from these stories.
Through these stories, kids were also involved in thought provoking activities, self-introspection questions, understanding and expressing the influence of friends and bullies, action plan that quotes the behavioural aspect while in any disturbance.
Day 1 had dealt with understanding the real and true friendship.
Day 2 had dealt with knowing about anxiety.
Day 3 had more stories understanding the reasons behind anger.
Day 4 had continued to understand how to avoid or answer bullies and manage anger or anxiety.
Day 5 had helped them create a routine, which is useful to practice to become emotionally strong.

Key takeaway for kids is to understand to avoid bad company and work together with good company.

The feedback from parents had made our purpose meaningful.
